Run the wash line, maintain the closed-loop water system, log batches. Wet, warm work; bring waterproof boots.

Welder / fabricator

Fab shop, Grove City

MIG and TIG, mostly carbon and stainless. You'll build everything from manifolds to aquaponics rigs.

Dispatcher / logistics coordinator

Hybrid (yard + remote)

Route trucks, match backhauls, talk to customers. Experience with TMS or LTL brokering preferred.

A resume is welcome but not required. We care more about specific examples of work you've actually done than a polished CV.

What we offer

  • Healthcare. Full medical, dental, vision for full-time employees and family.
  • Paid time off. Three weeks PTO + standard federal holidays + the day after Thanksgiving + the week between Christmas and New Year.
  • Profit-share. Annual bonus tied to company profitability, distributed equally across the team. We've paid every year since 2021.
  • 401(k). Standard plan, 4% match.
  • Tools and PPE. Steel-toed boots, work gloves, hearing protection, eye protection — provided.
  • Coffee. Genuinely good. We have a real machine in the office container.
  • No on-call. When you're off, you're off. The yard closes; the team rests.

What we don't have

  • Stock options. We're privately held and small; equity isn't part of the comp model.
  • Remote work for hands-on roles. The yard runs on physical work; you have to be at the yard.
  • Unlimited PTO. We have a defined 3-week policy because "unlimited" usually means "less."
  • A 401(k) match higher than 4%. We'd rather pay better cash compensation than promise a generous match we'd struggle to fund.
  • A career-progression ladder with formal titles and levels. We're 11 people; titles are functional descriptions, not status markers.

Profit-share has averaged $4,200/employee over the last three years.

Hiring philosophy

We hire local, hire slow, and pay well. The yard runs because the team has been together long enough to trust each other. New hires aren't a churn-and-replace pattern; they're a long-term addition.
