Home / Services
Six services. One yard. End-to-end.
We chose to run every part of the IBC tote loop ourselves. Why? Because every handoff between vendors is a place where carbon, money, and accountability get lost.
Tell us which service you need
Same form, every page. Tell us what you've got or what you need; we send a real quote (not a sales drip).

Learn more →How a typical engagement works
- Email. You send specs (or photos of what's in your back lot). We reply with a quote, usually same day.
- Schedule. If pickup is involved, our dispatcher routes around an existing run.
- Move. Our truck shows up, our team loads (or unloads) — never longer than 90 minutes on-site.
- Document. You get a weight ticket, photo log, and (where applicable) a wash log and UN re-cert.
- Settle. Payment terms are net-15 by default; we cut checks on Fridays for sellers.
How services interact (and why this matters)
Most customers eventually use more than one of our services. The interaction matters — running multiple services together usually saves money and effort.
Common multi-service patterns
- Buy-back + sales in one move. A brewery upgrading from used to rebottled has us pick up empties on the same truck that drops off the rebottled fleet. Single-truck round-trip saves freight; payment nets out on one invoice.
- Reconditioning + re-cert as a package. Fleet operators send their used totes for our 7-step wash and UN re-certification quarterly. We hold the totes for the wash window, then return them clean and recertified on a coordinated schedule.
- Logistics + custom fab on one job. Customer has us pick up a stainless 350, run a custom modification (manway addition or valve change) at the fab shop, then deliver. Three line items, one project manager.
- Recycling + buy-back partnership. Some chemical distributors send us all their end-of-life totes — we pay for the reusable ones, take the dead ones to the granulator. Single relationship, no sorting on their end.

What we won't service
To be transparent, here's what's outside our scope:
- Hazardous waste pickups (we recommend a permitted hazwaste broker).
- Anything with prior contents we can't document or analyze.
- Pesticides, controlled substances, explosive materials.
- Drum-only operations — we focus on IBCs.
- Out-of-region freight where the carbon math doesn't work.
Frequently asked questions
Can I combine buy-back, delivery, and reconditioning in one project?
Yes. Many customers combine buy-back, reconditioning, and re-supply on one schedule so one truck handles both directions and one team manages the paperwork.
Do you handle both one-off orders and recurring fleet work?
Yes. We quote one-off loads every day, and we also run recurring wash, pickup, and resupply programs for fleet operators and multi-site customers.
How fast do you usually respond to service inquiries?
Usually the same business day. If the request is straightforward, you'll often have pricing, lead time, and the next route window in a single reply.
Which states do you routinely cover for service work?
Ohio is the core, with regular work across Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Full truckloads can go farther when the freight and carbon math still make sense.
What types of work are outside your scope?
We do not handle hazardous waste brokerage, undocumented prior contents, pesticide or explosive material programs, or long-haul moves that do not make operational or carbon sense.
