What we collect
We collect only what you give us through the form on this site: name, company, email, phone, address fields, the product or service you're interested in, the quantity, the grade, and any message you send. Plus the URL of the page you submitted from. That's it.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to your inquiry, route your request inside our small team, and follow up if your project moves forward. We don't sell it. We don't rent it. We don't add you to a marketing drip without consent.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our lead-management system (1db) and accessed by our office team. Servers are in the United States.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics cookies, no marketing pixels, and no third-party trackers. The only cookies the browser may store are technical ones from Vercel (the hosting provider) for routing and security.
Your rights
Email us at hello@ibccolumbus.com to request a copy of, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 5 business days.
