Use of this site
This site is provided as-is for informational purposes and to facilitate quotes and pickups. Specs are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may change without notice.
Quotes
Quotes are good for 30 days unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Pricing is exclusive of freight, taxes, and any required certifications beyond UN31HA1/Y.
Returns
Reconditioned and rebottled totes that arrive misrepresented or damaged in transit can be returned within 14 days at no restocking fee. Freight on us if our spec was wrong; on you if you ordered the wrong thing. We'll always try to swap rather than refund.
Warranty
New totes carry the OEM warranty (typically 12 months). Reconditioned totes carry our 90-day functional warranty: leak-free at the conditions for which they were rated. Beyond that, you assume normal-use risk.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for consequential damages from misuse, including loss of contents, downtime, or third-party claims.
