Sales & sourcing — from the yard, or from our network.
We keep deep inventory of the common builds at our Grove City, Ohio yard. For anything specialized — anti-static, jacketed, sanitary stainless — we tap our regional dealer network and source within 48 hours. We never drop-ship blind: if it's leaving the country to get to you, we'll say so up front.
Tell us what you need
Same form, every page. Tell us what you've got or what you need; we send a real quote (not a sales drip).
How sourcing works
- You send a spec. Capacity, prior-contents requirement, valve type, gasket material, quantity.
- We check the yard first. If we have it, we send a photo and a quote.
- If we don't have it, we ping our network — 9 dealers across the Upper Midwest. We mark up only the freight, never the unit.
- We tell you the source. If a tote is coming from a partner yard 200 miles away, you'll know that, including the freight cost.
- We deliver. Through our own logistics or LTL, your call.

Sourcing partner network
For specialized items not in our yard, we have standing relationships with nine partner yards across the upper Midwest and east coast. The network includes:
- A Pittsburgh-area yard with deep stainless inventory.
- An Indianapolis yard that specializes in food-grade rebottling at higher volume than us.
- A Cincinnati partner for fast turnarounds in the Tri-State region.
- Two Cleveland-area partners with strong industrial-grade inventory.
- A Louisville source for ag-specific food-grade and ag-chemical industrial.
- A Detroit-area yard for automotive-industry-spec totes.
- Two New York / NJ partners for specialty pharma and cosmetics specs.
When we tap the network for sourcing, we always tell you the source and the freight cost separately. We mark up only the freight, never the unit. This keeps the math transparent and removes surprises.
Quote process detail
- Initial inquiry. Email or web form. Tell us specs, quantity, location, timing.
- Quote — same business day. Real human reads, real human responds. Quote includes per-unit pricing, freight estimate, lead time.
- Clarification round (if needed). Often we need to ask one or two questions about your facility or your end use to recommend the right product. Most quotes finalize in 1-2 email rounds.
- Acceptance. You confirm; we schedule pickup or delivery date.
- Confirmation. Order acknowledgement with date, time window, payment terms.
- Delivery / pickup. On the date agreed.
- Invoice. Sent same day as fulfillment. Payment terms per the quote.
Pricing transparency
Our pricing is closer to a posted-rate model than a negotiated one. Volume tiers are published; freight is a real cost we don't bake into the unit price. A few practical implications:
- We don't typically discount below published volume thresholds. The math doesn't work.
- We will quote freight separately and honestly. If a route is going to be expensive, we'll say so.
- We never raise the price between quote and invoice. If something is different, we tell you in writing first.
- We don't charge fuel surcharges, dock fees, or other line-item additions that weren't in the original quote.
FAQ — sales specifically
Do you ship outside your normal region?
For full truckloads we'll go further. For LTL or smaller orders, we usually point customers to a regional partner closer to them. The carbon math doesn't work for long-haul small orders.
Can I pick up at your yard?
Yes — any weekday during yard hours. Bring your own truck and straps. We forklift-load.
What payment methods?
Net-15 invoice (default), ACH, check on Friday, or credit card with 3% surcharge.
Can you source anti-static, sanitary, or specialty stainless builds?
Yes. Those are exactly the kinds of configurations we source through our partner network when they are not already in our yard.
Will you tell me where a sourced tote is coming from?
Yes. We disclose the source yard and freight cost separately, so you know whether the tote is coming from our rack or a partner facility.
